Common Ground is seeking a 988 Crisis Specialist to provide remote crisis support to individuals contacting the National Suicide Prevention helpline. The role includes logging into helpline apps, responding to calls, texts, and chats, and coordinating with EMS or police when needed. You will offer resources, use de-escalation techniques, and document interactions in required systems, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
