Highlights Location: Cambridge, MA Facility: The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift (7p-7a) Pay: $37.76 - $82.96/Hourly What You'll Do Complete nursing assessments accurately and timely. Develop and implement a plan of care reflecting patient needs and goals. Provide, evaluate, and modify nursing care to achieve objectives. Complete patient care documentation per established standards. Administer medications safely according to nursing policies. Transcribe or acknowledge doctors' orders as needed. Coordinate nursing care activities with other team members. Assess patient education needs and provide relevant education. Mentor and teach healthcare team members as needed. Actively participate in team conferences and meetings. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
