Part-Time Medical Receptionist

Job Description Are you someone who excels in a fast-paced work environment? Individuals who bring a positive attitude and outgoing personality are encouraged to apply for this immediate opening! We are looking for an articulate and professional candidate to join the team of an established Greenville medical office in a very important Front Desk role. This position is with a specialist's office needing part-time, weekday coverage. Daily tasks will include checking patients in and out, scheduling follow up appointments, documenting and maintaining patients' information, handling payments for services, and performing other front desk/reception tasks as required. Insurance verification experience is mandatory. This could be a short-term assignment or it could work itself to full time, depending on the productivity of the candidate. Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical front desk role required for consideration. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30 AM-12:00 PM and/or 12:00 PM-6:00 PM. Some Saturday availability is preferred for potential rotating shifts. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical front desk role required for consideration. Experience working with Electronic Medical Records, excellent computer skills Organization and the ability to multi-task, dependable team player. High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A SATURDAY ROTATION IF NEEDED, time off will be adjusted during the M-F week when scheduled to work Saturday Additional Information Monday- Friday, 7:30 AM-12:00 PM and/or 12:00 PM-6:00 PM. Some Saturday availability is preferred for potential rotating shifts.
