Bookkeeper (Part-Time) (JN -072026-426298) Beverly Hills, California Salary: USD33 - USD40 per hour Bookkeeper (Part-Time) | Direct Hire | Los Angeles, CA We are partnering with a small, established real estate company seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team in a long-term, direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit office environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has experience supporting commercial and residential real estate operations. Location: Los Angeles, CA (Century City) - 100% Onsite Schedule: Approximately 30-36 hours/week during training, transitioning to approximately 30 hours/week thereafter Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. Compensation: $33-37/hour, with flexibility up to $40/hour for the right candidate Employment Type: Direct Hire Qualifications 5+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred Real estate or property management experience required Experience with CAM reconciliations required Strong understanding of leases, contracts, and related documentation Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to adapt and work effectively in a small office environment Experience with Sage 300 is a plus, but not required Strong ERP system experience is highly desirable Responsibilities High-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing CAM reconciliations Payroll processing Bank and credit card reconciliations Partner with an external CPA for month-end close and tax preparation Lease administration and agreement management Review and interpret insurance policies related to property operations General bookkeeping and administrative support What We're Looking For Culture fit is extremely important for this team.
