To learn more, please visit our website: Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper which will play a crucial role in managing our day‑to‑day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi‑tasker, reliable, and committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Maintain and update accounting records and files Analyze budgets and create expense reports Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns Post financial transactions in databases Reconcile bank statements and transactions Prepare and send invoices to clients Manage payroll processes Conduct monthly and quarterly audits Collaborate with external auditors and prepare financial statements Assist with preparation for annual audit Use bookkeeping software and enter information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations This position is onsite 5 days a week at our West Hollywood Office Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role Strong math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Required) Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus 4+ years of bookkeeping experience Experience in a quick‑pass, high transaction environment Compensation $30+ per hour Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan available Career Development: Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Health Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account Life Insurance Paid Time Off Free onsite parking We are an equal opportunity employer and offer competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
