Financial Assistant

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Administrative Assistant to support our clients accounting team in a fast-paced roofing company environment. This role is focused on administrative accounting functions, with a primary emphasis on accounts payable processing, invoice management, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable activities, including entering and documenting invoices accurately in the accounting system. Route invoices and supporting documentation to the appropriate individuals for review and approval. Perform consistent follow-up to ensure invoices and approvals are processed in a timely manner. Help the accounting department stay current with invoice processing and data entry backlog. Ensure information is entered correctly and consistently within company financial systems. Provide administrative support to the accounting and payroll functions as needed. Required Skills & Experience Strong administrative and organizational skills.
