Inside Sales Representative
LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team in Portland. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a manufacturing, technical or similar environment who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. You will play a key role in supporting sales growth by managing inbound inquiries, writing quotes, entering purchase orders, and coordinating closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and assist the Outside Sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product recommendations based on customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and provide pipeline updates
- Provide technical product support and troubleshoot customer questions
- Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of inside sales, sales support, customer service or related experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a huge plus

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
