Why join our team Starting rate of pay is $35.64 per hour, based on experience 3rd shift earns a $1.50 per hour shift premium 12‑hour 2/2/3 schedule with no swing shifts Overtime opportunities Quarterly bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of employment Growth opportunities On-site company store with Nestlé products Position Summary The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic performs predictive, preventative, and emergency maintenance on high‑speed packaging equipment. This role includes completing pre‑startup reviews, preventative maintenance, rebuilds, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and computerized maintenance documentation to support equipment reliability and uptime.
