We are looking for an experienced Sushi Head Chef to join our team for a new restaurant opening soon .
We are looking for someone who can help us set up and develop the sushi program from the ground up , including menu development, kitchen setup, preparation standards, and training the sushi team.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong sushi experience
• Leadership experience and ability to help build a strong team
• Professional, reliable, and a positive attitude
• Creative and passionate about high-quality Japanese cuisine
• Omakase experience is a big plus
Compensation: Starting at $25+/hour + tips
For a highly experienced and talented candidate, higher compensation can be discussed and will be considered based on experience and skill level.
