Join Our Team!

We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Installers to join our team for the holiday season and beyond for the right candidates. In this role, you will help install, maintain, repair, and remove holiday lighting and decorative displays for residential and/or commercial properties. The right Candidates will join our event teams to execute lighting, audio and decor for private events, festivals and parties throughout Palm Beach and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, repair, and removal of holiday lighting and décor.
• Work safely and comfortably on ladders, scaffolding, and mechanical lifts .
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Assist with tree wrapping, wiring, and the installation of lighting displays.
• Ensure lighting and décor are installed neatly, securely, and according to specifications.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience with tree wrapping, holiday lighting, or wiring is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and on ladders, scaffolding, and mechanical lifts.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, safety-minded, and comfortable working at heights . Experience is a plus, but we value a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with a team. Base Pay is for training only which typically lasts a week. Increases are based on reliability, skill and contribution to the team.
