Water/Wastewater Construction Inspector

a 100% employee-owned company and leading provider of environmental and geotechnical engineering and consulting services throughout the eastern US, is currently recruiting for a Construction Inspector. This is a tremendous opportunity for experienced candidates to join and contribute to the growth of a 100% employee-owned, engineering firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Inspector with 1+ year of experience to join our team. This position involves construction phase testing and inspection of foundation construction; concrete; and various other construction materials and operations.
Perform field testing of construction materials (soils, concrete, and steel);
Communicate with project managers and sub-contractors regarding inspection, observation, and testing results;
Transportation of sample materials for laboratory analysis;
Preparation of field data and technical reports; Travel to various construction sites to perform inspections.
1 year experience in field construction inspection and testing;
Nuclear Density Gauge Operator certification;
Prior experience with geotechnical and/or environmental field investigation highly preferred; Whitestone's Employee Stock Ownership Program (offered at no cost to each eligible employee)
