Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.38 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report access-control concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols. Document patrols, incidents, and noteworthy observations in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
