Position Overview Speech Language Pathologist – School (25–26 School Year) Salary: $40 – $60 per hour. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address students' specific needs and goals. Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students using evidence‑based techniques and strategies. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom and at home. Track and document students' progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide education and training to school staff and parents on how to support students' speech and language development. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students' progress and plan for their future needs. Stay updated with the latest research and developments in speech-language pathology to ensure the use of best practices. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech–Language Pathology or a related field. Valid Colorado State SLP license. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting. Excellent knowledge of various speech disorders and language impairments, and effective treatment strategies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff. Strong commitment to improving students' speech and language skills, and helping them achieve their goals. Ability to work independently, manage a caseload effectively, and meet deadlines.
