Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Senior Director of Stabilization Services . In this role you will provide administrative and clinical leadership across CSP-HI Stabilization, Tenancy Preservation, and Enhanced Navigation programs while driving service expansion and quality assurance. You will also cultivate strategic partnerships with key funding entities and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses deep knowledge of statewide resources, ability to operationalize trauma-informed care, harm reduction principles, and a Housing First philosophy.

Responsibilities :

• General administrative and clinical oversight of all internal and external partner CSP-HI Stabilization programming, Tenancy Preservation Programs and the Enhanced Navigation Program.
• Cultivates and maintains a positive workplace culture across programs that strongly encourages ideas and feedback from staff at all levels.
• Oversees diversification and expansion of in-home service elements for newly housed individuals and families leveraging resources from ACOs, grants, and other funding sources.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding of leadership and field staff across programs.
• Works collaboratively with Vice President of Homeless Services on procurement of expansion projects and/or re-procurement/annual reports for existing programs.
• Provide sound clinical and systemic guidance and support to leadership and field staff to address acute/high risk client needs in real time. Assist programs with formulating and operationalizing appropriate interventions through trauma informed and harm reduction lenses.
• Facilitate and manage multidisciplinary huddles with program leadership and field staff across assigned programs on a weekly basis.
• Critically analyze current systems of care and collaboratively make appropriate modifications to maximize mission effectiveness and efficiency with the Senior Directors of Engagement and the Senior Director of Housing and the Vice President of Homeless Services.

Qualifications :

• A Master’s Degree in psychology, social work or closely related field required with independent licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with large-scale project management and/or senior level human service leadership is required.
• Must possess extensive working knowledge of services and resources statewide.

Location : In person role with travel between Boston, Danvers and North-East catchment area.

Annual Salary

$125,000—$135,000 USD
