We’re Hiring: Membership Growth Specialist

Community Medical Group is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and relationship-driven Membership Growth Specialist to help expand our Medicare patient community. This position builds meaningful relationships with seniors, insurance agents, community partners, and senior-focused organizations while educating prospective patients about the benefits of choosing Community Medical Group.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with seniors, local businesses, community organizations, and referral partners
• Educate prospective patients about Community Medical Group’s healthcare services
• Meet with seniors at community centers, senior living communities, places of worship, and local events
• Participate in health fairs, presentations, information tables, and community outreach events
• Develop referral relationships with insurance agents, brokers, social workers, and community partners
• Generate leads and support the enrollment of new Medicare-eligible patients
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information using Salesforce
• Support newly enrolled patients through their first appointment
• Partner with sales leadership and community organizations to support membership growth

What We’re Looking For:

• At least two years of sales, customer service, or community outreach experience
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with individuals and groups
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel locally
• Healthcare or Medicare experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person
