Show Site LeadsExhibit Pros is expanding our field operations team, and we are seeking experienced Show Site Leads to manage the successful installation and dismantle of high-profile trade show exhibits across the U.S. If you are an experienced trade show professional who knows how to lead crews, solve problems on-site, and deliver clean, professional builds—this role is for you.What You'll DoLead and participate in on-site installation and dismantle of trade show exhibitsSupervise crews and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and deadline expectationsCoordinate with internal Project Managers and clients to ensure flawless executionManage labor and logistics on-site (union and non-union environments)Troubleshoot and resolve last-minute show-site challenges quickly and professionallyTravel nationwide to major convention cities to oversee exhibit builds and dismantlesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in the trade show/exhibit industryStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage crews and labor efficiently under pressureExperience working in convention centers and understanding show rulesHands-on knowledge of exhibit systems such as beMatrix Aluvision Custom builds and modular exhibit structuresReliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindsetTravel Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Early morning call timesLate nights and long show daysWeekend installs and dismantlesFast-paced travel schedules depending on show demandsApplicants must be fully available and willing to travel regularly. Compensation: $62,000.00 - $74,800.00 per year
