WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT/DRIVER

Warehouse Assistant/DriverThe Warehouse Assistant/Driver works on the Operations team by assisting with warehouse operations and delivery and pickup duties. Responsible for assisting with the care of inventoried assets, prepping equipment for events, delivering, and facilitating client pickups are the main focuses of this role. This position is an extension of the on-site teams, and as such, business levels at times dictate the need to take part in the installation and dismantle of events.BenefitsSafe Harbor 401k with 5% MatchEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramPTO and Holiday Pay, including Floating HolidayInsurance Benefits including Medical (with HSA and FSA options), Dental, Vision, Life & DisabilityPotential for Overtime (hours vary by season)Eligible for annual increases based on performanceOpportunities for professional growthUnder the supervision of the Warehouse Manager and Director of Production, primary responsibilities include:Maintaining the accuracy of inventoried assets on a daily basisAssist with maintaining quality control of assets by checking for cleanliness, damage, and manage accordingly through company process for repairFacilitate internal equipment transfersMaintain inventory of equipment assigned to events through accuracy of company paperworkFollow warehouse safety and regulationsKnowledgeable in all products Quest Events offers, including installation and dismantlingResponsible for the organization and cleanliness of warehouse areaResponsible for driving related duties such as gear drop off/pickupRequirementsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities1+ year of experience in the Event Industry or warehouse job experience.Ability to adapt to and maintain a varying schedule and work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed.Inventory and shipping experience preferredMust be able to speak, write, and understand English fluently.Must be able to positively interact with others on a daily basis.Time Management, attention to detail, and organizationMust be able to problem solve and prioritize needs on a daily basis.Driver RequirementsPossess a valid, unexpired drivers licenseSubmit to an annual driving record review (No DUIs, etc).This position is required to pass a DOT physical. Must be able to pass written and practical driving tests.Must be able to drive all company vehicles, including medium-duty trucks.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 62lbs and work on a step ladder without exceeding maximum weight allowance.Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend throughout the day for extended periods of time.
