RN - Ambulatory Urology

Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and leadership to nursing and support staff Supporting day-to-day clinic operations, including workflow and patient flow Managing patient care concerns and escalations Assisting with scheduling coordination and staffing needs Overseeing and ordering clinical supplies Serving as a trusted resource for providers and interdisciplinary teams Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive care guidance Deliver safe, age-appropriate care with attention to cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial needs Utilize strong clinical judgment, including telephone triage and symptom assessment Coordinate care and ensure continuity across services Administer treatments and medications in accordance with established standards Foster a supportive, team-oriented environment Act as a mentor, educator, and patient advocate Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and clinical excellence Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred) Current Massachusetts RN license Certification: BLS (American Heart Association) Acute care medical-surgical experience Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
