Our busiest and most exciting season is right around the corner, and we're looking for energetic team members to join our warehouse team! As a Warehouse Packer, you'll play a key role in preparing customer orders for shipment, helping ensure every package arrives accurately and ready to delight our customers.

What You'll Do

• Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify items, quantities, and package quality before shipment
• Use warehouse technology and scanners as needed
• Follow packing guidelines to protect products during transit
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work as part of a team to ensure orders ship on time

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Reach, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift

Schedule

• Seasonal position with opportunities for overtime during peak periods
• Various shift schedules may be available
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required during busy periods

Where We Are:


This job is performed entirely in-person at our Operations Center at 401 Innovation Drive, North Clarendon, VT 05759.


"The Bus" stops at our front door several times a day! Look for the Rutland Airport Business Park stop on the Manchester-Rutland bus line. You can also request our stop on the Ludlow line when it is running between Thanksgiving and Easter. We always do our best to accommodate schedules for employees who ride The Bus and provide free passes as a perk for all employees.
