Registered Nurse - Burn Trauma ICU
Plano, TX
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Burn Trauma ICU team. This role requires a skilled nurse with experience in trauma, burn, and surgical ICU. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and critical thinking skills while working effectively in a team-based environment.
Provide high-quality care for critically ill patients in the Burn Trauma ICU.
Perform wound care, code response, and manage external ventricular drains (EVDs).
Assist in massive transfusion protocols (MTP) and provide overall critical care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care as necessary.
Must have Trauma, Burn, and Surgical ICU experience.
Current RN license is required.
CCRN certification is preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
