As a Real Estate Agent with Krieger Real Estate LLC, you will manage client relationships, convert leads, and oversee transactions from initial contact through closing.

• Consistently follow up with buyer and seller leads
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate properties or strategies
• Host open houses and property showings
• Manage transactions and coordinate with all parties through closing
• Develop and maintain a personal client base
• Stay informed on local market trends and conditions

• Active Real Estate License (Required)
• Prior sales or real estate experience preferred, but not required
