Responsibilities Complete PLACE Launch; this is your foundation, and it's non‑negotiable Execute PLACE lead generation systems every week, without exception Convert and follow up with Zillow Preferred leads promptly and professionally Consult with buyers; convert with signed buyer agreements and identify the right homes Consult with sellers; convert to listings and market homes with professionalism and precision Negotiate offers on behalf of clients with confidence and care Demonstrate growing expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and listing services Convert prospecting activities into scheduled appointments consistently Conduct two open houses per month Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and the Partner Call Commit to your weekly 1:1 coaching session and all scheduled trainings Qualifications You're new to real estate, but you're not new to working hard. You connect with people easily, communicate with honesty, and don't fold when things get uncomfortable. You take feedback seriously and act on it.
