Responsibilities Team Management: Oversee sales activity and productivity standards, territory management, schedules, and time management for the sales team. Training & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals. Conduct quarterly sales training sessions and individual performance reviews. Performance Monitoring: Review and analyze sales data and commission reports. Manage the target pipeline lists and ensure alignment with sales goals. Strategic Communication: Establish monthly meetings with the Area VP Sales to discuss regional goals and status. Initiate strategic communication with Sales leadership. Reporting: Submit quarterly reports to the Area VP Sales. Regularly communicate with Marketing Directors and Corporate Accounts on strategic selling situations. Team Environment: Foster a healthy competitive team environment and be involved in top Target Accounts and competitive situations. Accessibility: Be accessible to provide daily troubleshooting and strategic discussions with sales team members. Conduct individual meetings for updates and support. Reinforce Stryker Corporate Sales philosophy and culture statement. Experience & Skills Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales with a proven history of success required. Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in sales field concepts, practices, and procedures. Skills: Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in developing and implementing sales programs.
