Experienced New York–Style Pizza Maker
We are seeking a highly skilled New York–style pizza maker to join our fast-paced kitchen team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes pride in crafting consistently excellent pizzas.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stretch New Yorkstyle pizza dough by hand.
- Manage high-volume pizza production with speed and precision.
- Maintain consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
- Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience making New Yorkstyle pizza in a high-volume setting.
- Strong understanding of dough fermentation and pizza techniques.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure without sacrificing quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
