Glazing Project Manager – Lead High-Profile Glazing Projects from Handoff to CloseoutYou will serve as a critical leader within our Project Management division, taking full ownership of commercial glass and glazing projects. Operating out of Carrollton, TX, you will orchestrate everything from preconstruction handoffs to final field execution, ensuring installations meet LB Contract Supply's high standards of precision, profitability, and safety.Manage the execution of commercial glazing projects, including storefronts, curtainwalls, and interior glass specialty systems.Coordinate complex daily schedules, tracking project milestones, material deliveries, and labor allocations to maintain strict timelines.Review architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals to prevent logistical errors or project delays.Direct field operations and installation crews, reinforcing strict adherence to project plans and safety protocols.Maintain accurate documentation, processing change orders, RFI's, and progress billings to ensure project transparency.Resolve real-time technical or site-specific issues quickly to mitigate risks and protect project margins.Build and maintain exceptional relationships with General Contractors, architects, and field superintendents as the primary company representative.Proven experience managing commercial glass and glazing projects from inception to completion.Strong proficiency in interpreting complex architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and glazing specifications.Exceptional communication and organizational skills required to navigate fast-paced commercial construction environments.Solid understanding of project costing, material procurement, and contract management.Competency with construction management software, digital tools, and standard tech packages.Extensive field or management experience specifically focused on storefront, curtainwall, and heavy glass applications.Established network or experience collaborating with General Contractors in the DFW metroplex.OSHA certification or advanced safety training credentials.Competitive base salary tailored specifically to your trade experience and industry expertise.Eligibility for performance bonuses tied to project profitability and successful delivery.Comprehensive paid time off package covering vacation, personal sick leave, and standard holidays.Tech package including a smartphone or tablet for mobile project tracking.Professional development resources, including paid training, certifications, and internal mentor systems.Retirement savings program and bi-weekly pay cycle.Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement options for job site travel.Provided safety equipment, uniforms, company rewards, and access to wellness stipends.LB Contract Supply is a fast-growing innovator in the commercial interior and exterior specialties market.
