Project ManagerAt Targetbase, we integrate technology, analytics, creative, digital and strategy to create a better consumer experience, which improves consumer engagement and drives a more profitable outcome for clients.Job Scope & PurposeThe Project Manager is responsible for managing on time + on budget execution of digital marketing programs across the agency from conception through delivery. This includes managing scope and resources, budget tracking, and oversight of project plans. Overall, this position requires a process-oriented thinker who embraces challenges and rallies teams to ensure program success.Main ResponsibilitiesWorks with Crafts across the agency to define, estimate, and align on the overall scope of assigned programs.Monitors program progress against the plan and Statement of Work (SOW) and proactively communicates variances and works with the team to resolve issuesAddresses issues related to scope, schedule, budget, or quality, ensuring scope changes are documented.Provides information to account lead to successfully manage client expectationsAdheres to established Targetbase standards and ensures compliance with processes.Defines, develops, and implements processes and best practices for TargetbaseIs the primary point of contact for assigned programs and leads internal status meetingsExperience & Ability5+ years of digital/CRM marketing project management experience2+ years of hands on expertise in Adobe WorkfrontDemonstrated ability to lead programs with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment where resources are often shared across programsStrong planning, organization, and coordinating skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSolid PC skills and Microsoft software experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)Marketing/Advertising Agency is nice to haveExtra bonus points for PMP Certification and/or fluency in pharma or high-science healthcarePosition RequirementsOvertime as necessaryTravel as necessaryWe work a hybrid schedule - 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and willing to be onsite in the Irving, TX office 3 days a week.
