Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in personal injury matters from intake through resolution in a full-time, on-site role located in Bala-Cynwyd, PA. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and organizing litigation documents, managing case files, and tracking deadlines and court dates. The Litigation Paralegal will conduct legal and factual research, assist in preparing pleadings and motions, and coordinate discovery, including document requests, subpoenas, and medical records. The role involves communicating with clients, insurance representatives, medical providers, experts, and court personnel to facilitate case progress. Qualifications Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience conducting legal research and applying findings to personal injury and civil litigation matters. Ability to draft and format pleadings and motions in accordance with court rules and procedures. Proficiency with litigation case management, including deadline tracking, file organization, and discovery coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional client interaction and clear correspondence. Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases and priorities. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with reliability in meeting court and internal deadlines. Prior litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution (or equivalent practical experience).
