Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina (NC OT License required)
• Previous experience in a schools-based OT role, ideally with K-12 populations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites and grade levels
• Committed to evidence-based, student-centered therapy practices

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and document progress
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Travel between assigned school locations within the district
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district guidelines
