Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina (NC) Occupational Therapy license
• Experience working within school settings, preferably with K-12 children
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and fellow therapists
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel between school sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students identified with a range of needs
• Deliver occupational therapy services directly to students and document progress in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide consultation, resources, and in-service training for teachers and families on strategies to support student achievement
• Assist in maintaining compliance with all district, state, and federal regulations pertaining to therapy services
• Actively engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive, solution-focused department atmosphere
