Nonprofit Accounting Manager - Grants & Compliance Lead
DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center)
DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center) seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team, ensure GAAP compliance, and manage invoicing for public funders. In this role you will supervise three staff accountants, coordinate audits, and ensure grant budgets are followed across programs. You will work closely with the Controller and CFO to maintain accurate financial records and support timely reporting to management and funders.
