CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance isrequiredat time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. Citizenship isrequired.
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a Deputy Program Manager of Operations (DPMO), you will lead cross-functional teams within manufacturing in support of our Airborne Systems business unit. In this role you will be responsible for the overall manufacturing execution of the programs that you support, including all cost, schedule, quality, and delivery objectives.

- Analytic and problem solving skills, with advanced decision-making ability
- Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform analysis of work flow/load balancing and take appropriate action
What sets you apart:
- A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or a related Science / Engineering field, is preferred.
- Experience with new product introduction manufacturing, and transitioning new programs from development to production
- Ability to assess risk and scope changes that may impact program cost and schedule
- Proficient understanding of earned value tools
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, as well as technical, government, and industry standards
- Experience in implementing new processes, documentation, and quality/process controls
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications; detail oriented
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
- Collaborative, creative thinker with experience leading complex projects with successful outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills with experience writing technical papers and proposals
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

Salary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range USD $118,570.00 - USD $128,297.00 /Yr.
