Essential Responsibilities Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations and maintain resident retention. Complete all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective residents of results. Create and promote a friendly, professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service. Inspect tour path, amenities, model, and community regularly for quality assurance. Work hard as a team and tackle any obstacle. Requirements At least 6 months of Student Housing or Conventional Apartment leasing experience preferred. Outgoing, gregarious personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales. Active knowledge of online social media and social presence avenues. Proficiency in converting phone calls to appointments and appointments to leases. Strong organizational and administrative abilities. Must have excellent communication and people skills. A passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues. Knowledge of Fair Housing Law. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Weekend availability required. Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation.
