Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables or serve customers seated at counters
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
• Prepare and present itemized checks, process payments, and operate cash registers
• Check identification to verify minimum age requirements for alcohol service
• Set up and clear tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area
• Assist with additional duties such as setting up tables, clearing dishes, and providing excellent guest service

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments and checks
• Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed

• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
