$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

• Foster positive relationships with tenants and property owners, acting as the primary point of contact for field-related inquiries.

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Prepare detailed reports on property conditions and tenant interactions, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for property improvement and tenant satisfaction.

• Oversee the HOA desk.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication of expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or a related field, ensuring you can hit the ground running.
• Ability to conduct detailed property inspections, maintaining our high standards and compliance with local regulations.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and property owners.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing detailed reports and facilitating clear tenant interactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with management to develop strategies for property improvement.
• Experience in overseeing HOA desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for all stakeholders involved.
