Production Technician

Sheet Metal and Composite Assembly Position**This position is located in Wichita, KS**While working on-site in Wichita, KS, perform sheet metal and composite assembly for the production of the U.S. military's newest aircraft.Complete hole layout, drilling, riveting, and countersinking to install components and fasteners for the fuselage.Complete sealing of aircraft structures and components.Self-inspect components and assemblies, including frames and skins, performing rework when necessary.Other duties may be assigned.Perform wire harness and assembly for the production of the U.S. military's newest aircraft.Get trained in and complete one or more of the following:Structural assemblyHydraulic line installsFuel line installs and fuel pressurization testingMust be able to work full-time in Wichita, KS.4+ years of aircraft structural assembly and/or maintenance experience preferred (will consider 2+ years).Experience working with both sheet metal and composite components.Tools are NOT required.Must be flexible to work 1st and 2nd shift.Must be open to OT, including some mandatory Saturdays.**This position is located in Wichita, KS**Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Wichita, KS.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
