Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to support the accurate diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and technology in a modern facility.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
• Maintain proficiency in laboratory techniques and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
• Follow established protocols, quality control measures, and safety standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Certification: MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT certification required.
• Strong ability to perform laboratory duties with precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts (2:00 PM - 11:30 PM), 40 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.
