Superintendent – Ground-Up Multifamily Construction

Location: Los Gatos
Salary: $120,000–$160,000 Base + Benefits & Vehicle Allowance

We are partnering with an established construction company seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects in the Los Gatos area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who has successfully managed multifamily construction from the ground up and is looking for a long-term home with a strong organization.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects
Oversee projects typically consisting of three-story multifamily buildings
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
Monitor quality, safety, and workmanship throughout construction
Work closely with Project Managers, ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Lead site meetings and proactively address field issues
Manage projects from initial site activities through completion and turnover

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily construction projects
Strong understanding of multifamily construction and sequencing
Experience managing projects from ground-up construction through closeout
Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to jobsite safety and quality

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $125,000–$165,000 , depending on experience.
