Guidewire Business AnalystBusiness Analyst for Guidewire Billing Center Application to support project and other initiatives. The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating business and functional requirements definition for financial billing and administration as well as the downstream systems and reporting integrations.Role Responsibilities:5+ years of experience as a GW Billing Center Business Analyst.Demonstrate functional knowledge in Guidewire Billing Center configurations and integrations.Utilize broader understanding of insurance concepts to support the SDLC of the Billing Center implementation.Plan, facilitate, conduct, and document the business requirements/definition for the billing solution.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their business requirements, informational needs, and data sources.Translate business needs into clearly defined and documented detailed business requirements/ functional requirements-inclusive of business use cases, process flows, data flows, traceability matrices, as well as screen mock-ups.Provide GW Billing Center subject matter expertise to the IT team throughout the project.Collaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise, ensuring that out of the box functionality is leverage.Conduct project planning and estimating efforts as needed.Review development and test deliverables as required.Plan the development of User Acceptance Test planning documentation, including test plans and scripts, based on business and functional requirements.Facilitate UAT execution and work with business stakeholders and project manager to obtain user acceptance test signoff.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to manage time effectively and work on tasks with competing priority. · Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. · Strong analytical skills and a self-starter attitude required. · Familiarity with HTML, XML, SOAP APIs, UX Design. · P&C Insurance industry experience is must.
