We are hiring for a full-time Lawn Care Technician Responsibilities Perform lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, etc., on customer properties. Operate company vehicles and machinery. Opportunity to work independently. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid driver\'s license Must pass drug test Ability to pass Tennessee Category 3 certification exam within 60 days Previous lawn care experience preferred Willingness to abide by PPE guidelines Ability to operate an iPad for scheduling Reliable attendance; available Mon–Fri Strong communication with clients and office staff Ability to meet production goals Enthusiasm for working outdoors in various weather conditions Compensation Starting pay is $18 per hour. Most technicians average $23–$28 per hour per day. Pay is based on past experience and work ethic. We offer percentage/commission-based pay after training is complete.
