Market Leader

Market Leader will oversee sales activities and manage sales representatives within a defined market.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Hires and trains sales representatives in assigned market.
• Organizes sales schedules of assigned staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

• Sells the company's services in an assigned market.
• Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
• Works to establish new accounts in the assigned market.
• Works toward increasing sales growth in the assigned market at an established rate determined by VP of Sales.
• Assists with the coordination of sales efforts for other markets and sales representatives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Thorough knowledge of assigned market and current and future clients.

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Five years of outside sales experience required.
