Arena Family of Companies is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee a complex benefits portfolio in the Greater Kansas City Area. In this hybrid role, you will manage both health and welfare administration and retirement plans, including chairs of pension and 401(k) Committees. You will lead a benefits team and liaise with vendors while ensuring compliance with benefits regulations. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in benefits administration and must enjoy governance responsibilities.
