Job Summary

A growing property management organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor-Property Mgt to lead maintenance operations for a residential or commercial property portfolio in the San Jose, CA area. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader with strong building systems knowledge, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to guide technicians in a professional property management environment. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily maintenance operations, including service requests, repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and property upkeep.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support maintenance technicians to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality work completion.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, project coordination, and outside contractor performance.
- Partner with the Property Manager on maintenance planning, budgeting, compliance, inspections, and operational priorities.
- Ensure safety policies, building standards, and maintenance procedures are followed consistently across the property.
- Perform or supervise maintenance work involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, general repairs, and building systems.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
