Industry leader in the building materials industry is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth across a territory in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area . This role will develop and execute territory strategy, build relationships with key industry stakeholders, and guide complex, consultative sales opportunities from prospecting through close.

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing a strategic sales plan, building a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and proactive opportunity sourcing.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Build trusted relationships with developers, owners, investors, architects, contractors, and other key decision-makers throughout complex, long-cycle sales processes.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Communicate technical value clearly, translating complex product and performance concepts into compelling business, sustainability, and occupant-comfort benefits.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Bring 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales, ideally within real estate, architecture, construction, building products, or related solution-based markets; strong negotiation, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Operate with ownership and initiative, using data to guide decisions, independently solving problems, and collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, and field teams.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Travel 50%+ for customer meetings, events, and business development; valid driver's license required. Candidates based in the New York City or Boston metropolitan areas are preferred.
