Territory Sales Manager - Phoenix, NV full time WDO - Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 2023 Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually Territory Sales Manager: West Direct Oil is seeking a Territroy Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within a designated region. This role will oversee a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Analyze competitor activity and develop strategies to gain a competitive advantage. Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices. Develop and implement business development plans to expand the company’s customer base. Identify and pursue new market segments. Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and partners. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful sales teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently.
