Job Responsibilities

As a General Utility Worker, you will support production operations by rotating through multiple departments, including:

• Sanitation and pack-off operations

• Packing and palletizing products

• Box making and packaging support

• Disposing of excess materials and waste

• Breaking down incoming packaging materials and labels

• Sorting waste into cardboard, plastic, and trash

• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, machines, and containers

• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of recent work experience

• Experience in:

• Production

• Manufacturing

• Packaging

• General Labor

• Inspection

• Warehouse environments

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs continuously during a 10-hour shift

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Schedule

2nd Shift: 3:45 PM – 1:00 AM

Monday – Friday

Most Saturdays required

⏰ 50+ hours per week (up to 60 hours)

Work Environment

• GMP Food Production Facility

• Refrigerated production floor ( 30°F – 40°F )

• Required PPE provided:

• Overcoat

• Gloves

• Hard Hat

• Safety Glasses

• Ear Plugs

• Knee-High Non-Slip Rubber Boots

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
