Our agency opened in 2000 and is a strong, experienced team of six. I bring a well-rounded background, having worked both for State Farm agents and in corporate, and I’m proud to be a third-generation State Farm agent. Outside of the office, I’m a big sports fan, especially of the LSU Tigers, and have been a lifelong tennis player. For our team, we offer PTO with opportunities to earn additional time off through performance incentives, monthly bonus opportunities, a Simple IRA, health benefits, licensing paid up front, and a strong focus on work-life balance. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kelly Elkins - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
