ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my State Farm agency in 2012 and am proud to serve the Baton Rouge community alongside an incredible team. As a third-generation insurance professional, I began my career working in an insurance agency before earning the opportunity to open my own. Outside of work, I'm the proud mom of two boys who keep me busy with sports, school, and family activities. I believe in balancing hard work with family, community involvement, and giving back.

Serving our community is one of my greatest passions. Our agency proudly supports JDRF, a cause that is especially meaningful to my family. Each Thanksgiving, we host a food drive benefiting the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, and when hurricanes or other natural disasters impact our area, we organize our Hurricane Heroes initiative to collect and deliver essential supplies to families in need.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Laurin Maier - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
