Software Engineer 3 - Contingent

Our client, a leader in financial services supporting innovative automation and AI solutions, is seeking a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Consumer Technology department supporting the Consumer Intelligent Automation & AI team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location

Charlotte, NC; Dallas / Las Colinas, TX (On-site required)

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced AI applications and solutions
• Lead moderately complex initiatives within technical engineering environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate architectural designs into scalable software
• Review and analyze technical challenges, providing innovative solutions
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers in AI and software development practices

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education
• 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI, large language models, or foundation models
• Proficiency with Python (2+ years) and REST API development
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes (2+ years)
• Supporting stack experience including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control (Git)
