We are seeking a motivated, personable, and goal-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our clients. The Recruiter will work closely with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience and alignment with client needs and candidate goals. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-Until.

Pay: Based upon experience

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates: Utilize a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, networking events) to proactively search for qualified candidates.
• Screen and interview: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client positions.
• Build relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a liaison to understand job requirements, company culture, and candidate preferences.
• Candidate placement: Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities, manage the offer process, and facilitate onboarding.
• Pipeline management: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
• Client collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, and provide insights and advice on market trends, hiring strategies, and salary benchmarking.
• Data management: Track and update candidate progress and metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
• Networking: Attend industry events, job fairs, and professional meetings to promote the agency, network, and stay informed about market trends.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency or recruiting environment (warehouse field).
• Bilingual-English/Spanish (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the specific industries the agency serves (warehouse field).
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.). Experience with high volume recruiting
