Essential functions Conduct daily production walks on the shop floor to confirm the status and progress of modules and engines in assembly. Notify the team when modules or engines are off schedule, impacting delivery timelines. Support customer visits and engage with clients to enhance their experience. Assist in staging material reviews with customers to ensure quality and compliance. Facilitate channel shop visits to maintain strong relationships and operational efficiency. Capture photos and additional information for capital scrap parts returning from vendors. Provide updates for reports and meetings to support the customer experience (CX) team. Offer support during production work stoppages to minimize disruptions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least six years of experience in relevant job family groups/functions. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with expertise in manipulating data to present it meaningfully. Interact with Middle Management daily Ability to take initiative with little direction provided Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing business relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
